This cuckoo clock is in the main square of Rothenburg and depicts the story of how Rothenburg was saved. The mayor received news that the city was going to be sacked and the mayor made a deal with the general that if he could drink a gallon of wine in one gulp, the city would be saved. He did it! Viva Rothenburg!
